Terms and Conditions for Freedom Trading Academy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Freedom Trading Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). Freedom Trading Academy is owned and operated by Andrea Capellini and legally resides in Australia. Our services include Education on cryptocurrency and stock market trading, covering technical analysis, fundamental analysis, order flow, macroeconomics, and more.
By accessing or using any part of our services, including purchasing memberships or courses, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

2.1 FTA VIP COMMUNITY Membership

 Features:
o Access to a private Discord group, including:
 Regular market updates and analysis of Bitcoin (BTC) and altcoins.
 Trading signals (strictly for educational purposes, not financial advice).
 Altcoins long-term analysis.
 Community chat for interaction with other members.
o Members may discuss market trends and strategies, but such discussions do not constitute financial advice.

Cost
$99 (USD) per month.


Billing and Cancellation:
o Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled.
o To cancel your subscription, you must email info@freedomtradingacademy before the next billing cycle.
o Once a payment is made for the month, it is non-refundable.

2.2 FTA Pro Membership (Annual)

Features:
o Full access to the FTA Pro Course:
 A comprehensive educational program covering cryptocurrency and stock market trading.
 Modules on technical analysis, fundamental analysis, order flow, and macroeconomic principles.
 Over 25 hours of instructional video content.
o Bonus: Includes a 1-year subscription to the VIP Membership at no additional cost.

$1499 (USD)

Access Period 1 year from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy
o Refunds are granted only if all the following conditions are met:
 The refund is requested within 7 days of purchase.
 The customer has completed less than 5% of the course content.
o Refunds are not available after 7 days or if more than 5% of the course has been accessed.

2.3 FTA Mentorship Program

The mentorship program is our most comprehensive and personalized offering. It is designed for individuals who wish to receive in-depth training and direct guidance from Andrea Capellini.
Features:
o Full access to all FTA Pro Membership benefits, including the course and 1-year VIP Discord group access.
o Lifetime access to the VIP Discord group.
o 10 one-on-one mentorship sessions with Andrea Capellini via Zoom.
o Session Duration: Each session is approximately 60 minutes in length.
o Personalized Support:
 During these sessions, you will receive tailored guidance on trading techniques, strategies, and market analysis.
 24/7 support during the mentorship period for questions, clarifications, and feedback related to the sessions.

Cost
$2,999 (USD).

Mentorship Session Terms:

 Scheduling and Attendance:
o Sessions must be scheduled at mutually agreed times.
o Failure to attend a session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of that session.
o Rescheduling requests must be made via email or direct communication with Andrea Capellini.

Behavioral Expectations:
o Clients are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during sessions.
o Rude, offensive, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the mentorship program without a refund.
o Respectful communication is required in all interactions, including email, Discord, and Zoom sessions.

Limits of Mentorship:
o Mentorship sessions are strictly educational and do not include personalized financial advice.
o Trading decisions and investment outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Refund Policy:
o No refunds are offered for the mentorship program under any circumstances, including incomplete sessions.

Additional Disclaimer for Mentorship Clients:

Participation in the mentorship program does not guarantee trading success or profitability. The mentorship program provides tools, strategies, and educational insights, but trading outcomes depend on the client’s understanding, decision-making, and market conditions.

3. General Refund Policy
The refund policy for each service is outlined below:


3.1 FTA VIP COMMUNITY Membership

Payments for this monthly subscription are non-refundable once made.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@freedomtradingacademy.com before the next billing cycle. Failure to cancel on time will result in a charge for the subsequent month, which is also non-refundable.

3.2 FTA Pro Membership (Annual)
Refunds for this membership are granted only if the following conditions are met:

The refund is requested within 7 days of purchase.
The customer has accessed less than 5% of the course content (determined by course engagement metrics).
Refund requests made after 7 days or if more than 5% of the content has been accessed are not eligible.

Refund Request Process:

Email info@freedomtradingacademy.com with the subject: "FTA Pro Membership Refund Request."

Provide:
Proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID).
Evidence of meeting refund conditions (e.g., screenshots of course access metrics).
Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.


3.3 FTA Mentorship Program

Refunds are not available for the mentorship program under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Unused or incomplete sessions.
Dissatisfaction with the program or its outcomes.
Termination due to behavioral violations as outlined in mentorship terms.

3.4 General Refund Terms

Refund requests for eligible services must include:
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or transaction ID).
A detailed explanation of the refund request.
Evidence that refund conditions are met.
Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of Freedom Trading Academy.

5. Policy Updates
Freedom Trading Academy reserves the right to update or amend this refund policy. Changes will apply to purchases made after the revised policy’s effective date.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the platform without refund.
