FREEDOM TRADING ACADEMY REFUND POLICY

3.1 FTA VIP COMMUNITY Membership

Payments for this monthly subscription are non-refundable once made.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@freedomtradingacademy.com before the next billing cycle. Failure to cancel on time will result in a charge for the subsequent month, which is also non-refundable.

3.2 FTA Pro Membership (Annual)

Refunds for this membership are granted only if the following conditions are met:
The refund is requested within 7 days of purchase.
The customer has accessed less than 5% of the course content (determined by course engagement metrics).
Refund requests made after 7 days or if more than 5% of the content has been accessed are not eligible.

Refund Request Process:
Email info@freedomtradingacademy.com with the subject: "FTA Pro Membership Refund Request."

Provide:
Proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID).
Evidence of meeting refund conditions (e.g., screenshots of course access metrics).
Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

3.3 FTA Mentorship Program
Refunds are not available for the mentorship program under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Unused or incomplete sessions.
Dissatisfaction with the program or its outcomes.
Termination due to behavioral violations as outlined in mentorship terms.

3.4 General Refund Terms
Refund requests for eligible services must include:
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or transaction ID).
A detailed explanation of the refund request.
Evidence that refund conditions are met.
Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of Freedom Trading Academy.
